as simple as possible

I was reading the classic The design of the UNIX Operating System. But when do this thing on Sunday, I gradually went to sleep... I will never read any OS kernel code until my boss instructs me develop our own kernel. As for me , basic conception and algorithms were enough. To a mere App developer, good API docs are much better than Open source code. Programmer must concentrate his own work, and remember forever-all spec, all coding rules, all algorithms, etc were made for help do solution. otherwise, no meaning. code must be as simple as possible, if it seems complex, it must be the last resort.
